Quinnipiac University’s (QU) MyQ Intranet portal serves over 10,000 students, faculty and staff across three campuses and more than 100 degree programs. The legacy portal was a Sharepoint application that lacked intuitive navigation, a thoughtful UX and robust features that would allow the portal to be used to its fullest potential. QU partnered with R2i to redesign and develop MyQ to institute a seamless brand experience, modern user experience, and community-centered functionality driving user generated content.
By combining enhanced UX design, content strategy, persona research, search functionality, and marketing cloud integration, R2i evolved MyQ from a static content repository into a tailored digital workspace for QU’s diverse users. The new portal offers intuitive navigation and personalized experiences to faculty, staff, current and new student audience segments, giving QU a scalable, digital tool that maximizes content engagement and builds stronger, more impactful relationships.
