Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) is the governing body that oversees the development of Bluetooth standards and wireless technologies. As a means to cultivate their growing developer audience into their membership community, Bluetooth tasked R2i with elevating their corporate website with enhanced user experience, web design, and a personalization path strategy designed to influence new and non-paying members to upgrade to a paid status.


After developing a two-year digital experience roadmap comprised of deep persona analysis and advanced personalization strategies, R2i relaunched with streamlined UX design, digital engagement activities, custom analytics, and content retargeting, each working congruently to communicate the value of Bluetooth technology and drive developer audience segments through strategic, personalized paths toward conversion.
