Atcheson led Element to surpass ambitious revenue goals, establish its name in a complex industry and secure honorable recognitions for teams under his leadership, including awards from the American Marketing Association and Content Marketing Association, among others.

"Jay's tenured experience in successfully developing and executing performance based marketing programs that nurture existing accounts and uncover new opportunities is unparalleled," comments Jennifer Quinlan, CEO of R2i. "With the internal resources and marketing capabilities of a full service digital agency by his side, we're excited for Jay to join us in growing our presence in 2019 and beyond."

Prior to joining Element, Atcheson was the Director of Marketing and Head of Global Marketing at Aerotek®, an operating company of Allegis Group®, the largest staffing company in North America and the fourth largest staffing company in the world.

"I was drawn to R2i's innovative presence and ability to implement the latest high-revenue, growth-driven technologies and marketing programs to deliver exceptional results for clients," says Atcheson. "I'm excited to bring my background and expertise in launching, maintaining and growing global brands and combine it with R2i's extensive leadership team to tackle an ever-evolving industry."

Atcheson will be based in R2i's Baltimore office.
