Richard Neff

Chief Executive Officer

Richard is a highly experienced financial and tech. services executive accomplished in delivering operating performance across growth, reset and turnaround opportunities and scaling from middle market to complex enterprise level platforms, in both private equity and public companies. He's been a R2i board member since 2017, before assuming the CEO role.  A veteran executive with nearly thirty years of experience at GE, Richard held multiple roles across the company's global footprint, including a decade working in Australia, Europe and Southeast Asia in B2C and consumer growth businesses.

Richard holds an MBA in Marketing from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Rutgers University.  When not working, he is an avid runner, skier and traveler.

Kim Clarke

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Kim comes to R2i with extensive finance and operations experience across a range of public and privately held marketing, agency, consultancy and digital experience businesses. Most recently she was CFO at iPromo, a promotional products provider.

Her experience also includes progressive positions at Digital Kitchen, Sapient Razorfish, The Marketing Store, Elkay, the Zyman Group and Scientific Atlanta (Cisco).  Kim holds a BA from Western Michigan University and lives with her family in the Chicago area.

Michael Paige

Chief Digital Officer

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Michael Paige brings more than 25 years of client partnership experience toward further optimizing R2i's technology resources so its clients maximize the full potential of their marketing stack. He represents another increase in R2i's continued investment in equipping marketers with the tools they need to transform the customer experience.

Prior to R2i, Paige most recently worked at Oracle, where he led the customer experience delivery team within the enterprise software company's North American Applications Consulting unit. In his tenure, he has additionally led technology teams at Epsilon as Vice President of DX Delivery, and focused on driving the stability and growth of strategic multi-channel platforms for financial, retail and agency markets.

A self-described tinkerer, Michael draws energy from hands-on activities. In addition to his family in Connecticut, he enjoys creative activities, such as house restoration projects.

Chris Hessler

Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Sales Officer, Chris brings nearly a decade of Adobe experience to the R2i team and was most recently VP of N. America Enterprise Sales for FinancialForce.  Prior to that, he spent his time with Adobe progressing across a range of enterprise, publishing, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) sales roles with both vertical and geographic alignment.

His earlier career includes multiple sales and marketing, alliance and sales operations positions in software and technology companies such as Borland, SiVerion, Marimba, Spincircuit, and Cadence. Chris holds a BA in Economics from Santa Clara University and an MBA from San Jose State University.  He and his family live in the San Francisco Bay area.

David Taub

Managing Director, Co-Founder

As Co-Founder of R2i and Managing Director, Dave brings over 25 years of industry experience to every aspect of our clients’ journey as well as the growth of the agency. He is passionate about merging strategy, user-centric creative, marketing technology, and business acumen to deliver clients truly unique and impactful solutions.

Prior to R2i, David began his entrepreneur career as Co-Founder of Impreza Design, overseeing all aspects of the agency. Impreza quickly grew into a sizable, award-winning design firm that was acquired in 2000.

David holds a Graphic Design BA from the University of Maryland. When not working he can be found with his two sons supporting their own start-up businesses.

Chris Chodnicki

SVP Business Development, Partnerships, Co-Founder

As co-founder of R2i and SVP of Business Development, Chris is responsible for business development and supporting marketing cloud, demand generation technology, and other strategic partnerships and alliances. His experience includes working with mid-market and enterprise clients across the region as well as on a national scale. He is an industry-leading expert in MarTech cloud pillars including WCM, Marketing Automation, DAM, Analytics and CRM platforms.

Outside of R2i, Chris is also involved with several non-profit organizations including JDRF, the Ulman Foundation, Maryland ADA, and ALS.

Lindsey Byroads

VP Account Services

Lindsey is the VP of Account Services for R2i’s Baltimore office, providing leadership and strategic vision for R2i’s portfolio of long-term client relationships. She oversees a team of Account Managers who serve as the primary liaison between clients and R2i’s digital marketing teams. As one of the agency’s first ever employees, Lindsey is an R2i-lifer with a clear passion for engagement success and building true partnerships with our clients – and having fun doing it!
