Position Summary:

This member of the digital marketing team will manage a portfolio of clients, brands, and related long term engagements. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be the primary liaison between the client and R2i’s digital marketing team. The digital project manager will require expertise across a variety of digital marketing channels and related tool sets. This position requires someone who can learn and understand tools like Eloqua, Google Analytics, Omniture, Radian6, Clickable, and so on.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Working with internal teams to deliver digital marketing programs. Achieving highest level of client satisfaction and ensuring the on time, on budget, high quality delivery of programs, digital marketing assets etc. including:
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation: project plan, brief, status reports, risk assessment plans, change requests, and resource requirements.
  • Working with the digital production teams and internal subject matter experts to ensure projects stay on track and meet requirements
  • Independently and actively manage all aspects of the project: scope, issues/risks, schedule, budget, quality, communication, team and client relationships on a daily basis.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Directors to drive new business within existing engagements, identifying strategic work for opportunities within projects as well as provide strategic input into growing the client relationship.
  • Coordinates resources from multiple teams in multiple locations, such as digital marketing, creative, and technology
  • Analyzes outcomes and performance indicators for digital marketing campaigns
  • Manages projects across various digital marketing tactics including email, search, mobile, display, and social
  • Actively listening and engaging with clients to ensure clear understanding of objectives, issues, concerns.
  • Ability to communicate internally and externally with professionalism, courtesy and credibility.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint skills and Project are required. Send samples that illustrate skill level.
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing technologies.
  • Deep understanding of social media, strategies, and related tools.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing, fast paced and dynamic company

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of account/project management; agency side preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent. Certifications are a plus.

Physical Demands and Equipment Operated:

Operates standard office equipment to include telephone, computer keyboard, and copy machine.
