R2i is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist. This member of the digital marketing team will manage a portfolio of clients, brands, and related long term engagements. As the Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be the primary liaison between the client and R2i’s digital team. Day to day activities will include but are not limited to:
- Provides top level strategy and business consultation to clients to understand the needs and desired outcomes of the engagement. This individual will work with internal teams to deliver digital marketing programs as well as perform duties such as keyword research, creative concepting, analytics analysis, and tactical implementation as need. Achieving highest level of client satisfaction and ensuring the on time, on budget, high quality delivery of programs, digital marketing assets etc. including:
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation: project plan, brief, status reports, risk assessment plans, change requests, and resource requirements.
- Working with the digital production teams and internal subject matter experts to ensure projects stay on track and meet requirements
- Independently and actively manage all aspects of the project: scope, issues/risks, schedule, budget, quality, communication, team and client relationships on a daily basis.
- Partnering with Directors to drive new business within existing engagements, identifying strategic work for opportunities within projects as well as provide strategic input into growing the client relationship.
- Coordinates resources from multiple teams in multiple locations, such as digital marketing, creative, and technology
- Analyzes outcomes and performance indicators for digital marketing campaigns
- Manages and implement projects across various digital marketing tactics including email, search, mobile, display, and social
- Actively listening and engaging with clients to ensure clear understanding of objectives, issues, concerns.
- Ability to communicate internally and externally with professionalism, courtesy and credibility.

The digital marketing strategist will require expertise across a variety of digital marketing channels and related tool sets. This position requires someone who can learn and understand tools like Eloqua, Google Analytics, Omniture, Radian6, Clickable, and so on.
Requirements
- Advanced degree or certifications in marketing or business
- 3-7 years of account/project management agency side preferred but strong client side tactical implementation of cross-channel marketing programs will be highly considered
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint skills and Project are required.
- Knowledge of various digital marketing technologies.
- Deep understanding of social media, strategies, and related tools.
- Ability to work in a rapidly growing, fast paced and dynamic company.
