Works closely with internal staff to provide tactical execution and research as it relates to the various digital marketing tactics and campaigns. Integral to the day-to-day execution of client programs through the ongoing management and reporting of various campaign elements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Researches and understands specific elements of the clients business,
the competitive landscape, and the business objectives
- Researches the recommends tactics and campaigns to provide deep level understanding, recommendations or data as needed by account managers or
digital strategist
- Works with other team members as needed to aid in the research and recommendations as needed
- Works with strategist and account managers on the execution of campaigns across various platforms
- Monitors activity and reports on the assigned KPI's, goals and metrics as needed
- Provides end of month, weekly, quarterly and other reports as needed.
- Reviews outcomes and provides optimization recommendations to maintain
client satisfaction
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide thought leadership in the form of blogs, whitepapers, speaking engagements, or other as needed.
- Provide client management support as needed
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned by management.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to follow verbal and written communications and; communicate effectively with public and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner. 0 - 3 years of marketing experience with specific duties in search, social, email, or digital asset deployment. All duties are performed under the guidance of a VP of Digital Marketing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate degree required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND EQUIPMENT OPERATED:
Operates standard office equipment to include telephone, computer keyboard, and
copy machine.
