As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a tactical role in the execution of digital marketing campaigns for clients. Day-to-day workflow will involve Web site management, keyword research, set up and configuration of paid search campaigns, testing email batches, and running analytics reports across multiple channels.
While the candidate is not expected to be an expert in the various digital marketing tools that we use on a daily basis, you are expected to learn and master them, e.g., Eloqua, Radian6, Google Analytics, etc. As new software tools are adopted by the company, the Digital Marketing Strategist is expected to learn and understand their capabilities. This includes social networking tools like Twitter, Foursquare, and testing tools like Web Site Optimizer.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will also be tasked with assisting the Strategy group and the Directors during the sales process. This will include extensive research, development of PowerPoint decks, and related creative for presentations.
Note: While the digital marketing specialists will be working across multiple channels, an emphasis will be placed on search marketing including paid and organic search. Candidate is expected to develop competencies in these areas over time through certifications.
