As Chief Executive of R2i, Matt Goddard brings deep understanding of social network theory and digital marketing platforms to r2i's clients and partners. His visionary thinking about brands and the engagement strategies that activate “communities of interest” has attracted a national clientele, including Black & Decker, Microsoft, Time Warner and Medifast, among many other familiar companies. Matt's energy and passion for rallyingbrands to become digital publishers has made him a highly sought after speaker who regularly contributes to academic and business forums on the future of marketing communications in a peer to peer world.
Prior to launching r2i, Matt was co-founder of Impreza, a leading digital marketing and technology firm. After the acquisition of Impreza by Sinclair Broadcast Group (SBGI), Matt began Round 2 Communications (R2), which then morphed into R2integrated (r2i).
A graduate of Towson University and Carey Business School of The Johns Hopkins University, Matt is also responsible for R2i ventures, a division of r2i that makes equity investments in start-up companies launching unique and innovative technologies.

With over 20 years experience in business and technology industries, Chris Chodnicki has successfully developed, managed and integrated leading technology products and initiatives for a wide variety of clients that include Texas Instruments, Sharp Electronics, Time Warner Cable, Forbes.com, University of California, National Endowment Foundation for Education and Marsh.
Chris's expertise with open source and mobile strategy has driven R2i's digital technology/service areas into their current leadership status.
In addition to his duties as Principal, Chris's technology insight and advice are actively sought out by organizations around the region. Chris sits on the board of The Ulman Cancer Fund and contributes services to various social causes. Prior to his current role, Chris was the founder of Bi4ce and positioned the company from a small mid-Atlantic services company to an international leader in open source technology services. He holds a B.S. from Randolph-Macon College and has three very 'active' children.
David Taub's creative insight, design background, and business experience offer r2i clients a superior level of quality with a unique approach to every project. With experience on projects ranging from brand development/identity to online portal/website development, David's skills have assisted in earning r2i recognition as the region's top marketing and design firm.
Prior to r2i, David began his dynamic career as co-founder of Impreza Design, overseeing all aspects of the creative process. Along with the support of co-founder Matt Goddard, Impreza quickly grew into a sizable, award-winning design firm that was acquired by the Sinclair Broadcasting Group in 2000. David is a member of the Greater Baltimore Tech Council and AIGA and holds a Graphic Design degree from the University of Maryland.
EVP & Managing Director - West Region- Jody Stoehr brings over 8 years of experience in the digital marketing communications industry. She is responsible for overall management of the Seattle office and leads the organization's west coast expansion efforts.
She is responsible for managing the west region's top-line revenue, services delivery, field marketing and channel partnerships for r2i, including management of the organization's preferred vendor status at Microsoft (MSVP) in both the digital and social marketing categories.
Prior to the company's west coast initiative, Jody served as r2i's Director of Business Development & Partnerships since 2004. Before joining r2i, she has over 12 years of experience serving in various executive roles within the wireless telecommunications industry working at companies such as Bell Atlantic Mobile, DMR Consulting, and Marconi Wireless Division.
Jody is a graduate of the Business Management program from the University of Maryland-College Park and currently lives in Bellevue, Washington with her husband and two children.
As VP of Account Services for R2integrated, Shannon works with the project management and digital production teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Shannon is diligent in making sure the R2i approach meets the business needs of her clients, building and nurturing successful long-term relationships. Shannon's expertise centers in project management with a strong background in design, and proprietary/open source content management systems.
Since joining R2i in 2005, Shannon's experience consists of support and leadership on marquee projects/clients that include Robitussin.com, Chapstick.com, Rehab.com, Johns Hopkins University, and Martek Biosciences to name a few. Prior to joining the R2i team, Shannon developed websites for GlaxoSmithKline, Geisinger Healthcare, Genesis Health Care, and Walmart. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from James Madison University.
VP, Services Delivery-West Region- Mike brings over 5 years of operational and account management expertise to r2i. Mike is responsible for internal operations and resource management in the Seattle office. Mike manages key accounts and is responsible for r2i's office processes and procedures that consistent delivery of R2i services across all client engagements in the west region.
Mike brings more than 15 years of experience in technology, services, social media and community management. After graduating from Western Washington University, Mike started his career with the Weyerhaeuser company, leading the delivery of technology solutions for over 200 members of the R&D teams. Prior to joining R2i, Mike served as VP, Community Development at Daptiv where he was a member of the Executive Leadership Team that helped drive growth year or year and established them as a leader in the SaaS Project, Portfolio Management Software market. While at Daptiv, Mike developed Daptiv's Community and Social Strategies to help drive improved customer engagement and retention. During his tenure there, he also held various roles that were responsible for SaaS Operations, Technology Infrastructure, Support Services and Delivery and Release Management.
As VP of Technology at R2integrated, Nick plays a strong role in our technology footprint. He has experience leading and architecting large scale system development efforts as well as the ability to scale solutions to size for smaller organizations. He has successfully led large development efforts for clients such as: Penton Media, Microsoft, Forbes.com, Time Warner Cable and several other recognizable names.
Nick is recognized as a leader in the Open Source community, speaking at conferences on DotNetNuke Enterprise Deployment and Open Source in the Enterprise. He has a strong background in vast development languages, including: c++, .NET, Java, Ruby on Rails, PHP, and Perl. He also has broad experience in DB development and design having worked on Sql Server, Oracle and MySQL.
Nick holds a Computer Science degree from Frostburg State University, as well as a minor in Accounting and a Software Development Certificate. While not working on the latest technology projects, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and son Landon. He is also an avid Ravens, Orioles and Terps fan.
Sarah's career at r2i has been a dynamic one. Her experiences in running large scale project management offices have helped to organize and develop processes for supporting our client's ever growing needs in this fast paced environment. As the VP of Operations, Sarah oversees all of the work being performed by the Digital Engagement team. It is her responsibility to ensure that the proper resources are engaged in each project and that r2i is always exceeding our client's expectations. Sarah has helped launch several of our biggest initiatives including work performed for Time Warner Cable, Microsoft, Forbes, TARP and more.
Prior to her current role, Sarah spent 10 years working in the New York area for Western Union in their online bill payment division as the Director of Project Management. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from University of Hartford. She is also an active member in the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE).
As Vice President of Digital Marketing at R2i, Eric Jones provides clients with senior level strategy and counsel to develop cross channel digital marketing campaigns that are focused on maximizing ROI. His ability to integrate multiple tactics into seamless results-based digital marketing programs has provided such clients as Microsoft, Biotechnology International Conference, Hershey Chocolate World, Fortis University, United Way, and CompTIA with measureable gains across various business segments.
Eric's ability to understand the complex business requirements of various industries and companies and expertise in scrutinizing campaign analytics drives growth for R2i's client companies. Eric and his team were put to the test by creating a substantial digital relationship marketing campaign for the launch of Microsoft's Office 365 and cloud computing platform. Throughout his career, Eric has held senior marketing leadership positions across a range of organizations, from banking and finance, to real estate development and internet technology. Eric is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, with a degree in Marketing.
As Vice President of Social Marketing, Page works with R2i's services delivery team in the development and execution of R2i's engagements. Page helps R2i's clients understand and utilize subtle differences in customer behavior in order to deliver a programmatic approach to solving customer pain. As someone who believes that "markets are conversations," Page uses a variety of Web-based tools and media formats to design content that is portable and shareable. Page has been a featured speaker at Microsoft, The Internet Summit, digiday, the Greater Baltimore Technology Council, the CSO Breakfast Club and more on a variety of topics including social media, social networking, and mobile applications. Prior to R2i, Page held Web developer positions at The U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association and Hearst Publications in New York City. He earned a graduate degree in eBusiness and Innovation from Birkbeck, University of London. His research interests included social networks, enterprise 2.0, and online communities
As VP, Account Services, West Region, Kristen brings over 15 years of experience in the field of technology marketing and development. Currently, she is the client engagement lead for Microsoft's Business Productivity Online Suite and Office 365 relationship marketing initiatives.
Kristen's expertise lies in overseeing cross functional teams which combine R2i's strategic consultation and tactical execution services to ensure positive results and effectively impact client satisfaction and retention.
Prior to moving to the west coast, Kristen managed various complex projects for R2i clients such clients as Forbes, Yamaha, Jet Magazine, DealerTrack, the Propane Education and Research Council, and the National Center for Healthy Housing.
Kristen holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a B.A. in Education from Goucher College, Maryland.
As R2integrated's VP of Sales, East Region, Cheryl has successfully sought out and identified new business opportunities via partnerships, strategic relationships and solid client development. Cheryl works to ensure the r2i approach meets the business needs of her clients, adding organizations like Sharp Electronics, NationalScience Foundation, Parature, Boxtone, ScienceLogic, US Lacrosse and Winchester Homes to r2i's notable client roster. She also works with r2i's technology partners including DotNetNuke, Ektron and TMA Resources. Cheryl's career includes 20 years of traditional media and marketing experience.
Cheryl is very active in the Washington, D.C. area business community. She is a NFTE DC volunteer and has judged several business plan competitions. She is a member of the 2012 NFTE DC Gala Committee. She is also on the Board of Advisors for the Capitol Communicator and is also active with CadreDC and AMADC. Formerly, Cheryl was on the Board of Directors' for the George Mason Business Alliance and Committee Chair for Women in Technology's Technology SIG. Cheryl earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from George Mason University.
As R2integrated's VP of Content Marketing, Eric Twelker helps organizations produce engaging, purposeful content that matters to prospects and customers. Eric's consultative approach—culled from 20 years in publicity, strategic marketing communications, and copywriting—helps clients understand the value of content as a critical business asset that boosts brand awareness, promotes thought leadership, and drives sales.
Eric's foray into communications began while studying Journalism at University of Oregon. An internship at Warner Bros. Records led to his first post-college job in the publicity departments at Los Angeles-based MCA Records and, later, EMI Records. Drawn by the potential of new media, Eric joined KillerApp Communications, where his account portfolio included interactive divisions at MTV, Time Warner, Viacom, Paramount, and Simon & Schuster. In 1998, Eric joined Seattle-based Sierra Entertainment as senior public relations manager, where he led publicity campaigns for influential computer game franchises, including Half-Life and King's Quest. In 2001, Eric shifted his career to focus on editorial strategy and development; joining Amazon.com as editor/site merchandiser of the Video Games store.
