As CEO for R2i, Jennifer is responsible for driving R2i's strategic path to value, market focus, brand positioning, leveraging the agency's core capabilities, talent resources, and strategic partnerships to drive growth for the company. Jennifer’s experience in rapidly evolving and highly competitive environments makes her a highly sought-after leader to drive change, growth and overall results. She is an accomplished digital transformation leader in technology platforms and enablement, integrated and digital marketing, customer experience and operational enablement. Jennifer brings an emphasis on the use of marketing technology to enable digital experiences and is focused on ensuring R2i delivers measurable outcomes for its clients.

Prior to joining R2i, Jennifer led the North America Digital Practice for IBM Global Business Services guiding partners and practitioners to design and deliver digital transformation initiatives for top consumer brands, from developing next generation digital strategy to enabling and integrating cloud based platforms that leverages cognitive and predictive analytics across channels and media. Prior to IBM, Jennifer was a Senior Vice President at Merkle, Inc., a performance marketing agency where she led various emerging growth and industry practice areas. Jennifer is a passionate leader with a keen eye for solving client challenges by identifying solutions that solve and scale to meet emerging organizational demands.

Kelly is an entrepreneurial executive that possesses the operational mindset, deep digital acumen, and passion for client services to help companies solve their complex marketing needs. Her collaborative manner both pre-sale and post-sale has allowed industry leaders such as Merkle, eBay Enterprises, and Infogroup to find the right mix of modernized services to achieve business growth. Kelly’s motto is “to serve yourself by serving others” and keeps her passion alive through family, yoga, and riding her Harley!

Dave Taub

David Taub

Managing Director

As Co-Founder of R2i and Managing Director, Dave brings over 25 years of industry experience to every aspect of our clients’ journey as well as the growth of the agency. He is passionate about merging strategy, user-centric creative, marketing technology, and business acumen to deliver clients truly unique and impactful solutions.

Prior to R2i, David began his entrepreneur career as Co-Founder of Impreza Design, overseeing all aspects of the agency. Impreza quickly grew into a sizable, award-winning design firm that was acquired in 2000.

David holds a Graphic Design BA from the University of Maryland. When not working he can be found with his two sons supporting their own start-up businesses.

Chris Chodnicki

Chris Chodnicki

SVP Business Development, Co-Founder

Chris Chodnicki is one of the co-founders at R2i and responsible for business development and supporting the marketing cloud, demand generation technology partnerships and strategic alliances. His experience includes working with mid-market and enterprise clients across the region and nationally. He is an expert industry leader in Martech cloud pillars including WCM, Marketing Automation, DAM, Analytics and CRM platforms. Chris is also involved with many non-profit organizations including JDRF, Ulman Foundation, Maryland ADA and ALS.

Jay Atcheson

Jay Atcheson

SVP Marketing

Jay has marketed products and services throughout the U.S., Canada, Asia and Europe. With a focus on innovation and results driven marketing, Jay is a growth focused, customer centric marketer. Jay works closely with sales leadership, customers and key industry partners to successfully develop and execute integrated marketing programs aimed at nurturing existing accounts and uncovering new opportunity.

Under his leadership, teams have consistently challenged their industry peers and have won multiple marketing awards. Jay started his marketing career in Canada, holds degrees in both Marketing and Communications and currently resides in Maryland drawing his inspiration from his wife Jill and daughter Emilee.

As SVP Strategy and Account Services for R2i, Mary leads the combined account services and strategy teams responsible for working with our global clients to define and deliver high value, high performance marketing solutions. Mary brings more than 20 years experience helping businesses transform their marketing operations to become increasingly more customer focused in a rapidly changing and complex channel mix, evolving data sets, and ever-growing consumer control. Leveraging leading techniques such as customer journey analysis and design thinking to activate the moments that matter, Mary has led top brands to transform their market presence including: eBay’s social commerce engine, Microsoft’s global digital marketing transformation and the LG global lifecycle-driven website. Mary harbors a passion for cultural transformation and organizational development to help brands like Facebook gain an edge with customers by focusing and connecting marketing, technology, data, and culture on the right actions in the moments that matter most.

With over 18 years’ experience holding technology, project management, and leadership roles, Sarah understands the necessary components of digital success and strives to help clients reach it. She is a proud member of the National Association of Female Executives.

Lindsey Byroads

VP Account Services

Lindsey is the VP of Account Services for R2i’s Baltimore office, providing leadership and strategic vision for R2i’s portfolio of long-term client relationships. She oversees a team of Account Managers who serve as the primary liaison between clients and R2i’s digital marketing teams. As one of the agency’s first ever employees, Lindsey is an R2i-lifer with a clear passion for engagement success and building true partnerships with our clients – and having fun doing it!

Cheryl Donaldson

VP Technical Project Management

As VP of Technical Project Management, Cheryl oversees R2i service delivery across all cross-functional teams which is inclusive of managing the Technical Project Management Team. She ensures R2i facilitates the successful execution of marketing technology projects such as web development, marketing technology integration, customer experience management and that R2i exceeds clients’ expectations. Cheryl brings over 20 years of experience and as one of R2i's first hires has been involved with the growth of the agency. She’s dedicated to R2i delivering quality work, full client satisfaction and helping to develop ongoing relationships.

Andréa Waite

VP Media Services

Andréa is a results-driven strategic marketing leader with over 15 years of diversified experience in delivering revenue for brands, agencies, and platforms. As VP of Media Services, she leads the R2i team and services across an incredible roster of existing and net new clients.

Over the course of her career, Andréa has worked with some of the largest media agencies, holding managerial and/or leadership positions with  MindShare, Carat, and Starcom MediaVest. While at Starcom MediaVest, Andréa served as Senior Vice President and Group Director where she led teams managing P&G North America and P&G China. She led strategic planning for over 20 brands across 5 categories in her last agency role. Her industry and client experience have spanned CPG, B2B tech, consumer tech, pharmaceutical and finance, with clients such as Cisco, Hershey's, Nokia, Novartis, Mars, UBS, and United Technologies (Otis), to name a few.

Andréa is professionally trained with both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Science (MS) in Marketing, coupled with extensive knowledge in multi-channel media, including the digital ecosystem and is global-minded with significant international business experience in China, and Spanish-fluent.
