Matt Goddard leads R2i's strategic direction while providing valuable support to client digital marketing projects. Matt's understanding of social network theory is frequently called upon by R2i clients and partners as they develop their short and long term strategic plans.
Prior to his work with R2i, Matt was co-founder of Impreza, a leading digital marketing and technology firm. After the acquisition of Impreza by Sinclair Broadcast Group (SBGI), Matt began Round 2 Communications (R2). Building on his expertise with traditional creative services, brand strategy, and online communications, R2i would also incorporate next-generation Web 2.0 methods and technologies to engage an increasingly media-dispersed population.
Matt is also responsible for R2i ventures, a division of R2i that makes equity investments in start-up companies launching unique and innovative technologies.
David Taub’s creative insight, design background, and business experience offer R2i clients a superior level of quality with a unique approach to every project. With experience on projects ranging from brand development/identity to online portal/website development, David’s skills have assisted in earning R2i recognition as the region’s top marketing and design firm.
Prior to R2i, David began his dynamic career as co-founder of Impreza Design, overseeing all aspects of the creative process. Along with the support of co-founder Matt Goddard, Impreza quickly grew into a sizable, award-winning design firm that was acquired by the Sinclair Broadcasting Group in 2000. David is a member of the Greater Baltimore Tech Council and AIGA and holds a Graphic Design degree from the University of Maryland.

With over 20 years experience in business and technology industries, Chris Chodnicki has successfully developed, managed and integrated technology products for a wide variety of clients that include TV Guide, National Security Agency (NSA), Texas Instruments, World Bank and Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab.
Chris's expertise with open source strategy has driven R2i's digital technology/service areas into their current leadership status.
In addition to his duties as Principal, Chris's technology insight and advice are actively sought out by organizations around the region. Chris sits on the board of The Ulman Cancer Fund and contributes services to various social causes. Prior to his current role, Chris was the founder of Bi4ce and positioned the company from a small mid-Atlantic services company to an international leader in open source technology services. He holds a B.S. from Randolph-Macon College and has three very ‘active’ children.
As Chief Software Architect, Kevin's role is to lead the adoption of new technologies and evangelize R2i technology. He is the key engineer behind popular DotNetNuke modules including R2i Open Web Studio, the new open source development platform; and R2iSMASH, a social media platform that drives interactivity around specific events, campaigns, or initiatives by combining feeds from popular social networking sites into one presentation window.
In addition to his duties as R2i Chief Software Architect, Kevin's technology insight and advice are actively sought out by organizations around the region.
Kevin started his career working for the State of Maryland, developing and supporting information systems for use by the education system. From the start of his career, Kevin has remained on the cutting edge of technology, continually stretching the horizons of tomorrow's business applications.
Before joining R2i, Ken was vice president of marketing at SafeNet, one of the world’s largest providers of encryption technology as well as one of Maryland’s largest technology firms. Prior to that, Ken spent 11 years in the Silicon Valley, leading marketing at notable high-technology firms, inlcuding Network Alchemy and ONETOUCH Systems.
Before coming to Maryland, Ken spent 11 years in marketing leadership roles in California’s Silicon Valley, including Network Alchemy, ONETOUCH Systems, and his own firm, Telemanagement Associates, which he sold in 1994. Originally a California native, Ken lives with his wife and two sons in Howard County, Maryland.
